Norman Walczak Associate

With Lenz & Staehelin since 2021, Norman Walczak is an associate in our Zurich office and a member of the Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. His work focuses on advising on domestic and international financing transactions. He assists both borrowers and lenders in complex and cross-border matters, including acquisition, syndicated, structured, growth stage, export and project financings, as well as financial restructurings, private debt financings and securities transactions. Before joining Lenz & Staehelin, Norman worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and is admitted to the bar of New York and to the bar of Texas. Norman is recognized by The Legal 500 as a Leading Associate (Banking and finance: Zurich).
