Olivier Stahler ist ein Partner in unserem Genfer Büro und auf Bank- und Finanzrecht spezialisiert. Er berät ein breites Spektrum an schweizerischen und ausländischen Finanzinstituten, darunter Banken, Wertpapierhäuser, kollektive Vermögensverwalter und Versicherungsgesellschaften ebenso wie Rohstoffhändler und Industriekonzerne. Olivier Stahler begleitet seine Mandanten bei der Erlangung von Bewilligungen für Banken, Wertpapierhäuser und Vermögensverwalter durch die Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht. Darüber hinaus verfügt er über umfassende Erfahrung in der Strukturierung von Finanzprodukten, insbesondere im Bereich von Private Equity und Hedge Funds. Er vertritt regelmässig Finanzinstitute und Kreditnehmer sowohl bei nationalen und internationalen Finanzierungstransaktionen. Olivier ist zudem als Referent an Fachkonferenzen zu Themen des Bank- und Finanzrechts sowie des Asset Managements tätig.
