Dr. Xavier Favre-Bulle ist Partner in unserem Genfer Büro, wo er die Fachgruppe Arbitration sowie den Bereich Sportrecht leitet. Er verfügt über 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Streitbeilegung mit, die sich über Schiedsverfahren als Anwalt oder Schiedsrichter, ADR und Gerichtsverfahren erstreckt. Im Laufe der Jahre war Xavier an rund 290 Schiedsverfahren beteiligt, darunter Kaufverträge, Vertretungen und Vertrieb, Lizenzen, Joint Ventures, Aktionärsvereinbarungen, Post-M&A-Streitigkeiten, etc. Die beteiligten Branchen reichen von Energie, Bauwesen, Luxusgütern und Telekommunikation bis hin zu Pharma, Banken, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Sport und Investitionsschutz. Xavier ist Präsident des Schiedsgerichts des Schweizerischen Schiedsgerichtszentrums und Ko-Vorsitzender des IBA-Schiedsgerichtsausschusses. Er tritt häufig als Redner bei Konferenzen auf und ist Autor von rund 80 Büchern und Artikeln.
