    Dr. Martin Aebi ist ein erfahrener Streitbeilegungsexperte, der in zahlreichen Grossverfahren (auch mit staatlicher Beteiligung) vor Schiedsgerichten und staatlichen Gerichten als Parteivertreter aufgetreten ist. Er wird von allen bedeutenden internationalen Anwaltsverzeichnissen zu den führenden Schiedsgerichtsexperten der Schweiz gezählt. Ursprünglich konzentrierte sich Martin Aebi auf Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit geistigem Eigentum wie Lizenzierung und gemeinsame Entwicklung. Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich seine Erfahrung auf ein breites Spektrum von Geschäftsbereichen ausgeweitet, darunter Bauwesen, M&A und Bankwesen. Martin ist Mitglied des Schiedsgerichts des Schweizerischen Schiedsgerichtszentrums. Zusätzlich zu seiner Arbeit als Parteivertreter ist Martin auch als Schiedsrichter tätig.
