    Dr. Martin Aebi est un praticien expérimenté en résolution des litiges qui a agi en qualité de conseil dans de nombreuses affaires à grande échelle (impliquant également des États) devant des tribunaux arbitraux et des cours d'État. Il figure parmi les meilleurs spécialistes suisses de l'arbitrage dans tous les principaux classements juridiques internationaux. À l’origine, Martin concentrait sa pratique sur des questions liées à la propriété intellectuelle, notamment les licences et les projets de développement conjoint. Au fil du temps, son expérience s'est élargie pour couvrir un large éventail de domaines d'activité, notamment la construction, les fusions et acquisitions ainsi que le secteur bancaire. Martin est membre de la Cour d’arbitrage du Swiss Arbitration Centre. En plus de son activité de représentant de parties, Martin intervient également en qualité d’arbitre.
