Sara Truffer Head of Human Resources

Sara Truffer is Head of Human Resources at our Zurich office, having joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2024. After completing a commercial apprenticeship at a law and notary firm, she gained extensive professional experience in various Human Resources roles across different industries. She further strengthened her expertise with a Federal Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Corporate Culture. Sara Truffer is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
