Agnieszka Evangelatos is a senior associate in our Geneva office, where she is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration group, primarily focusing on the resolution of cross-border disputes arising from shareholders' agreements, sales contracts, M&A transactions, services agreements, banking disputes, etc. Agnieszka regularly advises and represents clients in high-stakes international commercial arbitrations, civil proceedings before the Swiss courts, including setting aside applications before the Swiss Supreme Court, and settlement negotiations. Agnieszka has been involved (as counsel or Tribunal Secretary) in more than 40 arbitrations and judicial proceedings in various business industries such as energy, construction, luxury goods, banking, pharmaceuticals, sports, etc. and has experience under a variety of arbitration rules (e.g. ICC, Swiss Rules, LCIA, CAS and UNCITRAL), national arbitration laws and substantive laws from both civil and common law jurisdictions.
