Expertise
Christian Rehm is a counsel at our Zurich office, where he is a member of the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice groups. His practice covers syndicated financings, acquisition finance, private debt, structured finance, financial restructurings, infrastructure and project finance, capital markets and securities law, and other securities transactions, derivatives, and regulatory matters. In addition, he has many years of experience in public‑entity governance and disclosure, as well as serving as a board member of Swiss and international companies and as a trustee of major Swiss pension funds. Christian holds a lectureship at the University of St.Gallen in International Capital Markets Law and regularly teaches in the LL.M. program at the University of Zurich.
