Olivier Stahler est un associé de notre bureau de Genève, spécialisé en droit bancaire et financier. Il agit pour un large éventail d'institutions financières suisses et étrangères. Celles-ci comprennent des banques, des maisons de titres, des gestionnaires de fortune collective et des compagnies d'assurance, ainsi que des négociants en matières premières et des groupes industriels. Olivier conseille ses clients dans le cadre de l'octroi d'autorisations de banques, de maisons de titres et de gestionnaires de fortune par l'Autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers. Il intervient également dans la structuration de produits financiers, notamment de fonds de private equity et de hedge funds. Il agit pour le compte d'institutions financières et d'emprunteurs dans les opérations de financement tant nationales qu'internationales Olivier intervient fréquemment dans des conférences professionnelles sur des questions de droit bancaire et financier et de gestion.
