Viviane Cismak Senior Associate

Viviane Cismak is a senior associate in our Zurich office, where she is a member of the Corporate and M&A and Capital Markets practice groups. She is seconded to us from the international law firm Freshfields, where she is a principal associate in the Global M&A and Capital practice. She advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions with a particular focus on private equity transactions.
