Cécile Berger Meyer ist Partnerin in unserem Genfer Büro, wo sie die Praxisgruppe Real Estateleitet. Sie berät sowohl private als auch institutionelle Mandanten in allen Fragen des Immobilien- und Baurechts und begleitet große Bau- und Entwicklungsprojekte, wobei ihr Schwerpunkt auf komplexen Transaktionen und regulatorischen Fragen liegt. Ihre Fachkompetenz umfasst zudem den Erwerb und die Veräußerung von Immobilienvermögen, die Strukturierung und Finanzierung von Immobilieninvestitionen sowie verwaltungsrechtliche Fragen wie Raumplanung und Flächennutzung, Baugenehmigungen, Beschränkungen für den Erwerb durch Ausländer und das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen.
Parallel dazu engagiert sich Cécile aktiv in der Schweizer Immobilienbranche. Sie ist Vizepräsidentin des Schweizer Immobilienverbands (SVIT Switzerland) und Präsidentin der Prüfungskommission und Fachkommission für den Fachanwaltstitel im Bau- und Immobilienrecht des Schweizerischen Anwaltsverbandes (SAV). Zudem war sie viele Jahre lang als Richterin bei der Genfer Mietschlichtungskommission und am Mietgericht tätig und ist derzeit Mitglied des Anlageausschusses einer schweizerdeutschen Pensionskasse sowie in den Verwaltungsräten mehrerer Gesellschaften.
