Fedor Poskriakov ist Partner in unserem Genfer Büro und Partner unserer Banking and Finance-Praxis. Sein Fachgebiet liegt im Bank-, Wertpapier- und Finanzrecht mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Fintech. Fedor berät regelmäßig zu komplexen und neuartigen regulatorischen, vertraglichen und gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen. Seine umfassende Erfahrung, gepaart mit seinem geschickten Ansatz, ermöglicht es ihm, Kunden wertvolle Einblicke und strategische Beratung zu bieten. Fedor hat zudem besondere Expertise in der Beratung zu neuen Technologien wie der Distributed-Ledger-Technologie (Blockchain) sowie zu neuartigen Fintech-Geschäftsmodellen entwickelt.
Fedor ist Co-Leiter unserer FinTech-Praxis und stellvertretender Managing Partner der Kanzlei. Darüber hinaus tritt Fedor regelmäßig als Referent zur Regulierung der Schweizer Finanzmärkte bei nationalen und internationalen Veranstaltungen auf.
