    Peter Ling ist Partner mit Fokus auf geistiges Eigentum, unlauteren Wettbewerb und Life Sciences. Er vertritt Klienten in Rechtsstreitigkeiten vor Schweizer Gerichten und Behörden sowie in Schiedsverfahren. Peter berät auch bei Lizenzierungs- und IP-Strukturierungstransaktionen sowie bei strategischen IP-Fragen. Peter ist Vorstandsmitglied der Licensing Executives Society Switzerland (LES-CH) sowie Counsel des Board of Directors der Licensing Executives Society International (LESI). Er ist aktives Mitglied des AIPPI Standing Committee for TRIPS und des neuen INTA Patents Committee. Peter ist Lehrbeauftragter für Immaterialgüterrecht an der ETH Zürich und unterrichtet Zivilprozessrecht am Eidgenössischen Institut für Geistiges Eigentum.
