Clara Samson is an associate in our Zurich office where she is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration group, focusing on international disputes, including commercial and investment arbitration. She regularly advises on sophisticated cross-border matters involving complex commercial, regulatory and technical issues. Her practice encompasses all stages of international dispute resolution from initial negotiations, strategy and case management to enforcement before Swiss Courts as well as setting aside applications to the Swiss Supreme Court. She also advises clients in sports law, particularly in resolving cross-border legal issues within the sports industry.
