Expertise
Dr. Valérie Menoud is a partner specialising in banking and finance law, as well as corporate law, and is co-head of the Investigations practice group in Geneva. She advises both Swiss and international clients from the banking, insurance and wealth management sectors on diverse issues including regulatory, compliance and contractual matters. Valérie regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and other authorities. Her expertise also encompasses corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, ESG and sustainable finance.
