Daniel Schafer est associé et expert fiscal diplômé. En tant que responsable adjoint du groupe Clients Privés, Daniel conseille principalement sur les questions fiscales et juridiques liées aux clients privés (UHNWIs et/ou entrepreneurs), avec un accent particulier sur la planification patrimoniale et successorale ainsi que sur les questions immobilières (transactions, structuration et acquisitions). Dans ce cadre, il pratique également la fiscalité nationale et internationale en lien avec l’imposition des entreprises (y compris les fusions-acquisitions, les restructurations, les relocalisations et le private equity) ainsi que la TVA suisse, souvent sous l’angle des besoins spécifiques des entrepreneurs et des actionnaires. Bien que son domaine d’activité principal soit la planification fiscale nationale et internationale des personnes physiques ainsi que la fiscalité des réorganisations et acquisitions d’entreprises, Daniel est également spécialisé en droit des successions et en planification successorale, y compris les questions de droit des trusts.
