Dr. Thierry Calame est Managing Partner au bureau de Zurich et est un expert reconnu en droit de la propriété intellectuelle, avec un accent particulier sur le droit des brevets et la résolution des litiges liés à la propriété intellectuelle. Il possède une vaste expérience en tant que conseil dans les litiges en matière de brevets, de marques, de concurrence déloyale et de droit d'auteur, ainsi que dans les arbitrages liés à la propriété intellectuelle, et siège régulièrement comme arbitre dans de telles affaires. Thierry conseille également en matière de licences, sur les aspects de propriété intellectuelle d'un large éventail d'autres transactions ainsi qu'en droit pharmaceutique, y compris sur les questions réglementaires et publicitaires. Il est titulaire de maîtrises en chimie et en droit et est chargé de cours permanent à l'Institut fédéral de la propriété intellectuelle. Thierry a publié de nombreux articles sur divers sujets liés à la propriété intellectuelle est ancien président de l'European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW). De 2010 à 2014, il a été rapporteur général de l'Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI).
