    Peter Ling est un associé spécialisé en droit de la propriété intellectuelle, en concurrence déloyale et en sciences de la vie. Il représente des clients dans le cadre de litiges devant les tribunaux suisses et les autorités gouvernementales, ainsi que dans des procédures d’arbitrage. Peter conseille ses clients également en rapport avec des transactions de licence et des questions de structuration de propriété intellectuelle, ainsi que sur des questions stratégiques en la matière. Peter est membre du Comité de la Licensing Executives Society Switzerland (LES-CH) et il est le Counsel du Board of Directors de la Licensing Executives Society International (LESI). Il est un membre actif du Standing Committee de l’AIPPI sur les ADPIC et du nouveau Patents Committee de l'INTA. Peter est chargé de cours en droit de la propriété intellectuelle à l’ETH Zurich et il enseigne la procédure civile à l’Institut fédéral de la propriété intellectuelle.
