Fedor Poskriakov est associé au sein du groupe bancaire et financier dans notre bureau de Genève. Il est spécialisé dans le droit bancaire, des valeurs mobilières et financier, avec un accent particulier sur la fintech. Fedor fournit régulièrement des conseils sur des questions complexes en matière réglementaire, contractuelle et de gestion d'entreprise. Son expérience étendue, associée à son habilité technique, lui permettent de fournir des éclairages précieux et des conseils stratégiques aux clients. Fedor a également développé une compétence spécialisée dans le conseil en matière de nouvelles technologies, telles que les registres distribués (blockchain), ainsi que les modèles commerciaux innovants dans le domaine Fintech.
Fedor est co-responsable de notre pratique FinTech et est le Deputy Managing Partner de notre Etude. Par ailleurs, Fedor intervient fréquemment sur la réglementation suisse des marchés financiers lors d'événements nationaux et internationaux.
