    Tino Gaberthüel heads the firm's Corporate and M&A practice. He has extensive experience representing clients in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, with a special focus on public tender offers and private equity transactions. He is frequently sought after by boards of directors and senior management in high-stakes strategic transactions and stress situations as well as corporate governance matters.
     

    Tino is one of the leading M&A practitioners in Switzerland – Chambers Global lists him in Band 1 and Legal 500 includes him in the Hall of Fame. Clients recognize his "first-rate client attention", his "practical and commercial approach" and his "negotiation style".
     

    Tino recently advised Allwyn International in its combination with OPAP S.A., Baloise in its merger with Helvetia, Rieter in the acquisition of Barmag from OC Oerlikon, Midea in the acquisition of Arbonia’s climate division, Valartis in its public tender offer for all shares of ENR Russia Invest, Crealogix in the public tender offer by Vencora UK Limited and L Catterton in the acquisition of AmaWaterways.
     

    Tino has been admitted as an expert to SIX Swiss Exchange for Listing Purposes. Further, Tino lectures at the LL.M. program of the University of Zurich and at the Advanced Master Studies of the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ. He is a regular contributor in legal textbooks and law journals.
