Tanja Luginbühl est une associée spécialisée dans la restructuration et l'insolvabilité, le droit des sociétés et les clients privés. Elle dirige le groupe restructuration et insolvabilité du bureau de Zurich de notre Etude et a été impliquée dans de nombreuses affaires nationales et transfrontalières, représentant des entreprises et des institutions financières. Tanja conseille régulièrement des clients privés suisses et internationaux en matière de succession, de planification fiduciaire et successorale internationale et de droit caritatif. Son expérience englobe également les services de family office ainsi qu'une vaste expertise dans les opérations de location et de financement d'avions.
Tanja figure actuellement dans le classement Legal 500 en tant que "Leading Individual" et est l'une des rares avocates en Suisse à figurer pour la sixième année consécutive depuis 2020 dans l'IFLR1000 Women, qui répertorie les meilleures avocates transactionnelles au monde. Elle a remporté le Powerwomen Awards 2023 "Femme de l'année – Suisse".
