Tanja Luginbühl is a partner specialising in restructuring and insolvency, corporate and M&A and private clients. She leads the Restructuring and Insolvency group from our firm’s Zurich office and has been involved in numerous national and cross-border cases, representing companies, financial institutions and creditors. Tanja regularly advises Swiss and international private clients on succession matters, international trust and estate planning, and charity law. Her experience also encompasses family office services alongside extensive expertise in aircraft lease and finance transactions.
Tanja is one of the few lawyers in Switzerland to feature in the IFLR1000 Women Leaders 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, which lists the leading transactional lawyers in the world. She was also listed in the Women in Business Law Guide 2020 as a leading practitioner in the restructuring and insolvency field. She is proud to have been nominated by Who's Who Legal as one of the world's leading practitioners in Restructuring & Insolvency 2022.
