Aduno Group acquires majority stake in Accarda and becomes sole shareholder

For more than ten years, Accarda, the leading independent processor and issuer of private label cards in Switzerland, was a joint venture between Maus Frères SA and Aduno Holding AG. On 20 September 2018 Aduno as the prevailing bidder in an auction process announced that it agreed to acquire 70% of the shares in Accarda currently held by Maus Frères, thereby becoming the sole shareholder of Accarda. Maus Frères considers Aduno as the ideal partner to successfully develop the long-standing business relationship of Accarda with Manor and Jumbo.
