Appeal for Dargaud against Comco’s decision regarding the distribution of French written books

Lenz & Staehelin is representing  Dargaud (Suisse) SA (part of Media Participations, a leading European publishing group, particularly in the field of comics) in the appeal procedure before the Swiss Administrative Tribunal against the decision of the Swiss Competition Commission of May 27, 2013 concerning the distribution of books for the French speaking part of Switzerland.
