ASSET4 sells ESG business to Thomson Reuters

ASSET4 AG, the Zug-based provider of Environmental, Social Responsibility and Governance (ESG) information and tools announced that it has successfully completed the sale of its ESG business to Thomson Reuters, the world's leading provider of business information headquartered in New York.
