Authorization of BlackRock Asset Management Switzerland Limited as fund management company

Lenz & Staehelin acted as counsel to BlackRock, one of the leading investment management firms in the world, in connection with the authorization of its Swiss subsidiary by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to act as fund management company (May 2014).
