Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) outsources its IT services to IBM

Lenz & Staehelin advised BCV in relation to the outsourcing of its IT (hosting, development, etc.) to IBM. Lenz & Staehelin advised BCV in the negotiation and drafting of a long term (7 years) outsourcing agreement with a value of several hundred millions Swiss francs.
