CHF 650 million bond issuance by Sika

On March 6, 2023, Sika AG placed bonds in a total amount of CHF 650 million, consisting of three tranches. The payment date of the new bonds is April 13, 2023 and the new bonds will be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. The net proceeds of the bond issuance will be used for the financing of the acquisition of the MBCC Group and for general corporate purposes to support the growth strategy of Sika.
