CHF 750 Million Revolving Credit Facility for Sika AG

On April 1, 2019, Sika AG entered into a Swiss law governed CHF 750 million revolving credit facility agreement with a syndicate of banks. The financing was arranged by Citibank, Credit Suisse, HSBC Bank, UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank.
