Club acquisition financing of Maus Frères for takeover of Gant
Maus Frères SA acquired Swedish luxury clothes retailer Gant in a public takeover. A bank syndicate led by Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, Société Générale and UBS as mandated lead arrangers provided the financing.
