Colgate Palmolive/Gaba appeal Elmex decision of ComCo

On 8 December 2009, ComCo made its decision public pursuant to which Gaba had prohibited imports from Austria into Switzerland of the toothpaste Elmex red between 2004 and 2006, but not thereafter. Gaba does not agree with this assessment and decided to appeal the decision of the ComCo
