ComCo lifts interim measures against Mastercard

With today's press release, ComCo has communicated its decision to lift the interim measures that it imposed against Mastercard in February 2021. Significant legal requirements for such interim measures were not met. This was already confirmed by the interim decision of the Federal Administrative Court in November 2021.
