ComCo opens pre-investigations regarding fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) cooperations

The Secretariat of the ComCo has opened a pre-investigation regarding the FTTH cooperation entered into between ewz Telecom (City of Zurich) and Swisscom regarding the construction of a fibre network in the city of Zurich. Ewz and Swisscom had notified their FTTH cooperation with the ComCo pursuant to article 49a of the Swiss Cartel Act.
