ComCo’s pre-investigation regarding fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) cooperations

The Secretariat of the ComCo has opened a pre-investigation regarding the FTTH cooperation entered into between Services industriels de Genève (SIG) and Swisscom regarding the construction of a fibre network in the Canton of Geneva. SIG and Swisscom had notified their FTTH cooperation with the ComCo pursuant to article 49a of the Swiss Cartel Act.
