Deutsche Bahn sells its stake in BLS Cargo to BLS

DB Schweiz Holding AG, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG, sold its 45% shareholding in BLS Cargo AG to BLS AG. The transaction was announced on 6 January 2015.

Lenz & Staehelin advised DB Schweiz Holding AG in this transaction. The team includes partner Matthias Wolf (Corporate) and associate Dominique Müller.
