Divestment by SWX-listed Schaffner Group of its EMC and CEE business lines

Schaffner Group completed the divestments of its geographically diverse test systems business lines for advanced cable and electro-emulation and adaptation (CEE) and advanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for an undisclosed consideration.

Schaffner Group was advised by Lenz & Staehelin as its lead counsel. The Lenz & Staehelin team included Beat Kühni and Benjamin Fehr.
