Edipresse goes private

Lenz & Staehelin advises Lamunière S.A., a holding company controlled by members of the Lamunière family, on its public tender offer to the minority shareholders of Edipresse SA, the Swiss media group headquartered in Lausanne.

The Lenz & Staehelin team is led by Jacques Iffland and includes Hélène Weidmann, Sarah Chevalley and Andreas Hinsen.
