ewz Übertragungsnetz AG appeals decision of ElCom

Lenz & Staehelin advises ewz Übertragungsnetz AG (ewz) in its appeal against the decision of the Federal Electricity Commission (ElCom) regarding the transmission grid tariffs 2011. As in 2009 and 2010, ElCom has again significantly reduced the value of the ewz grid for its calculation of the transmission grid tariffs for 2011.
