GE Real Estate France acquired, through its real estate company IPBM SA, the three Club Med holiday villages of Wengen, Serre Chevalier and Sant' Ambroggio

In June 2007, GE Real Estate France, respectively its real estate company IPBM SA acquired from Lucia SA the three Club Med holiday villages of Wengen, Serre Chevalier and Sant' Ambroggio for a total amount of EUR 117 millions.

Lenz & Staehelin advised GE Real Estate France, respectively IPBM SA, concerning its acquisition of the Club Med holiday village of Wengen, located in Switzerland and owned by Lucia Club (Suisse) SA.
