Infront Sports & Media sold to Bridgepoint

Lenz & Staehelin advises the selling shareholders of Infront Sports & Media as to Swiss law on the sports marketing company's sale to European private equity firm Bridgepoint. The transaction was signed on 2 September 2011. Completion is subject to approval of the relevant competition authorities.

The L&S team was led by Matthias Wolf and included Samuel Frösch and Adrian Koller (all Corporate/M&A).
