IPO of ENR Russia Invest on SWX Swiss Exchange

Lenz & Staehelin advised Valartis Bank as lead manager in the IPO of ENR Russia Invest following its spin-off from Growth Value Opportunities on the investment company segment of SWX Swiss Exchange. Lenz & Staehelin also acted as listing agent.

The legal team was led by Patrick Schleiffer and included Vera Schreiber.
