La Montre Hermès SA acquires Natéber SA and a 32,5% interest in Joseph Erard Holding SA

Lenz & Staehelin recently advised Hermès International, respectively La Montre Hermès, in the acquisition of Natéber SA, a Swiss watch dials manufacturer (April 2012) and the acquisition of a 32,5% equity interest in Joseph Erard Holding SA, a Swiss watch cases manufacturer (September 2011). Lenz & Staehelin also advised earlier La Montre Hermès in the acquisition of Clerc Thierry Création Sàrl, specialized in the creation of watch prototypes (May 2008). 

With the (partial) acquisitions of these three companies together with its strategic equity interest in Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier SA acquired in October 2006, La Montre Hermès pursues the development of its watchmaking expertise.

Lenz & Staehelin advised La Montre Hermès in all above transactions. The team was led by Andreas Rötheli (M&A) and included Marie Flegbo-Berney and Mona Boughaba.
