Launch of first digital bond by SIX Group with a listing on SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), with Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank and Zürcher Kantonalbank as joint lead managers

On 18 November 2021, SIX Group placed the first digital CHF bond with a total volume of CHF 150 million. The bond comprises two exchangeable parts: the digital part (Part A) which accounts for CHF 100 million and will be listed and traded on SDX Trading with SIX Digital Exchange as central securities depository, and the traditional part (Part B) with CHF 50 million which will be listed and traded on SIX Swiss Exchange with SIX SIS as central securities depository. Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank and Zürcher Kantonalbank are acting as joint lead managers.

With a workforce of around 3,500 employees, SIX Group operates and develops infrastructure services for the Swiss and Spanish Stock Exchanges, for securities and banking services and financial information with the aim of raising efficiency, quality and innovative capacity across the entire value chain of the Swiss and Spanish financial centers.
