Lebara Group B.V. sold to Palmarium

On August 31, 2017, the founders of Lebara Group B.V. and funds advised by Palmarium Advisors AG, the Swiss-based financial services firm, entered into definitive agreements regarding the sale and purchase of all shares of Lebara Group B.V., the Netherlands-based company that provides mobile telecommunication products and services, for an undisclosed consideration. The Lebara group is a leading pan-European Mobile Virtual Network Operator with a workforce of over 700 employees worldwide. In 2016, it reported EBITDA of EUR 64 million and revenues of EUR 542 million. The transaction, which is governed by Swiss law, was completed on September 14, 2017.
