Lenz & Staehelin advised a group of investors on the investment in selFrag AG

Lenz & Staehelin advised a group of investors, among which CIMA Corporate Investment Management Affentranger Holding SA, a Swiss investment and strategy advisory company, in their investment in selFrag AG, a Swiss company specialized in the development, production, and commercialization of equipment, machines and components using the selective fragmentation technology. The investment was carried out by way of the increase of the capital of selFrag AG for an aggregate amount of CHF 10 million.
