Lenz & Staehelin advised Fortis Lease Group in the acquisition of Dreieck Industrie Leasing AG, a Swiss company specialised in asset-backed financing solutions, from Banca del Gottardo for an undisclosed purchase price. The Fortis Lease Group, headquartered in Luxemburg, is part of the Fortis Group and is a strong European cross-border provider of leasing services and spearheads Fortis' Asset Based Finance operations.
