Lenz & Staehelin advises investment firm Triton on its acquisition of ALPINE-ENERGIE Holding AG

Lenz & Staehelin, together with Schönherr (lead counsel) and Linklaters, advises the investment firm Triton on its acquisition of ALPINE-ENERGIE Holding AG, an energy and infrastructure service provider which is headquartered in Austria and which employs about 3,000 employees. Funds advised by Triton have signed an agreement to acquire all shares of ALPINE-ENERGIE from the Spanish group Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant anti-trust authorities.
