Listing of Implenia on SWX Swiss Exchange

Lenz & Staehelin advised as co-counsel Implenia in its listing on SWX Swiss Exchange following the merger of Batigroup and Zschokke into Implenia with UBS acting as technical and listing agent. Lenz & Staehelin also acted as counsel to Batigroup.
