Logwin Solutions Switzerland AG acquired in Management Buy-Out

On June 8, 2010, Logwin AG sold Logwin Solutions Switzerland AG, a Switzerland-based developer of logistics systems and software, to its management team, consisting of Mr. André Bucher, Mr. Nino Plozza, Mr. Claudio Plozza and Mrs. Sonja Gautschi. Following the purchase, the company will again operate under the FT brand.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Logwin AG on Swiss law aspects concerning the sale of Logwin Solutions Switzerland AG. Linklaters LLP, Frankfurt, had the overall lead on this transaction. The L&S team was lead by Andreas Rötheli (M&A) and included Felix Gey.
