Lyreco acquires Waser Bürocenter AG

Lyreco, the European leader in the B to B distribution of office supplies, announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of Waser Bürocenter AG and its subsidiary Aepli Office AG. The four retail stores as well as Waser Bürocenter AG's (former) subsidiary Kollbrunner AG are excluded from the transaction.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Lyreco in this transaction. The team was led by Rudolf Tschäni and included Stephan Erni and Marc-Philippe Prinz (both M&A, corporate) and Peter Ling (IP).
